Retirement & Community Education
Leading Through a Process of Education and Planning
Our educational efforts are not just limited to our clients. In the community, we have made a concentrated effort to team up with area colleges and associations to bring financial education to individuals who may be looking for information. With programs ranging from continuing education sessions with area associations to a six hour class (two three hour sessions) on retirement planning, Pioneer has been actively providing public financial education. We work with the local institutions and offer these classes in multiple locations including:
- University of Rhode Island – Kingston Campus
- CCRI Newport Campus (Center for Workforce & Community Education-CCRI)
- NEIT (East Greenwich, RI Campus)
- Westerly High School (Center for Workforce & Community Education-CCRI)
- Fall River, MA – (CWCE – Bristol Community College)
They are educational in nature, and do not promote specific investments. The classes are open to the public and are offered several times throughout the year. If you are looking to get six hours of financial education in a true classroom setting we strongly encourage you to contact us regarding the times and dates that are available. These locations are subject to change. All registrations and tuition payments are handled by the institutions we work through. A normal tuition is $59.00 for the six hour course which includes one reference workbook and a guest.
At Pioneer Financial Group, we pride ourselves on our ability to educate our clients and the community on the complexities of today’s financial world.
